Prices

Prices are quoted in euros, NET (no VAT, ref. to « Art. 293bis du CGI », i.e legislation in force in France), excluding shipping. Prices can be changed at any time without notice, knowing that the items will be drawn up based on the prices in force at the time the order was validated.

Payment

Each purchase order placed online is validated upon receipt of full payment including shipping if required.

The following payment methods are supported. All of them provide optimum safety guarantees:


Purchase orders are invoiced and payable in euros, no VAT (under Art. 293bis of the CGI.)

Warning : Customs duties, local taxes or import duties or State taxes may be charged for overseas departments and territories, other countries.

Tailoring period

Soi-Zen, Alicia GASSER manufactures the products within 21 business days. In case this period is exceeded, Soi-Zen, Alicia GASSER, will notify you by mail or phone.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight and destination. They include packaging and handling required and the cost of postage.

The amount appears in the summary table of the order on the control pannel.

Whether you order from France or abroad, the delivery is made to the address you mentionned during checkout, unless otherwise specified. The average time of delivery is 3 days for France, but it is not a strict limit and it will not be held liable in case of late delivery.

Revocation Order (legislation in force in France)

According to Article L121-20

Amended by Law No. 2005-841 of July 26, 2005 - s. 3 Official Journal July 27, 2005 you have 7 days to retract your order for any item not made to measure.

You have 7 days from receipt of your item(s) to return it with a copy of the invoice.

If the 7 days deadline expires on a Saturday, a Sunday, or a holiday period, it is extended until the next business day.

Refund : Bank transfer (excluding shipping if your item(s) is not damaged, altered or contaminated), in this case you will be asked for your bank details(IBAN).

According to Article L121-20-2

Amended by Ordinance No. 2005-648 of June 6, 2005 - s. 1 Official Journal of June 7, 2005 in force on 1st December 2005, for items made to measure the withdrawal period of the order and the return are not applicable.

The Intelligence information collected for purposes of distance selling is required, this information is essential for the processing and delivery of orders, preparing invoices. Lack of information leads to the non-confirmation of the order.

In accordance with the law « Loi Informatique et Liberté », the processing of personal information about customers has been declared to the « Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés » (CNIL Deposit No.: 1407649). Pursuant to Act dated January 6 1978, the customer has a right of access, opposition correction and deletion of the information related to him. He may refer the matter to Soi-Zen, Alicia GASSER. For any questions concerning the protection of personal data, the Customer can send an e-mail to boutique@soi-zen.com.
