Traditional meditation mat, padded with cotton wool (recycled fibers). Cotton wool provides comfort and firmness and a perfect insulation against sweat, humidity, cold and heat.

Each layer of cotton wool is 0,85 inch (2cm) thick. Choose the thickness of your mat indicating the number of layers you need.

Your name or the one of your organization (dojo, etc.) can be embroidered on a strap sewn-on to the mat.

Cleaning advice:

No wash.  If needed rub it with a damp cotton cloth.
